All shipments within the Continental United States are normally shipped by U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation.  The charges are based upon weight and examples for  hand fans, parasols and decorative wall fans are shown in the table below.  We may elect to ship Fed Ex Home Delivery at no additional charge.   If you would like to delivery to your business address and the order includes 1 or more parasols or 1 or more large fans, we are happy to do so and will ship Fed Ex Ground.

Note:  There is no additional shipping charge for up to 3 hand fans with the purchase of any parasol or decorative wall fan.   As an example, shipping charges for 1 parasol and 3 hand fans are $7.95

All orders are shipped within 3 business days from receipt of order and normally arrive within 1 week.  Shipments outside the Continental United States are sent Fed Ex and these charges are calculated at checkout.  International shipments do not include charges for duties, VAT or customs inspections in the destination country.  

Returns Policy

Any defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no charge.  Please check videos to ensure that parasols and fans are being opened and closed correctly.  If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  Please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to contact you.
